What happens to my data?
Your data is YOUR data. It is all saved and backed up with the support of ubber cool MT(Media Temple). If you wish to take your data somewhere else, we have an export scrip that will take all your guest’s , sales, flies and reports information and save it in a XML.
What type of security measures do you have in place?
We run on Tier 4 data centers managed by Media Temple. Regarded as the highest level of design and engineering by the Uptime Institute, (mt) Media Temple’s data centers surpass all previous standards for uptime, security, cooling and power redundancy. Search around… do you know of any hosting providers hosted in Tier IV?
Is my data backed up?
Of course. Believe me that we take every step necessary to make sure everything is backup and secure. Did you know we had Zero-Intervention Database Scalability?. That means that If you need more database power, we are ready to handle it.
Will this be a commitment? Can I pay a year in advance?
Roomero is a pay-as-you-go service that will give your company a value added. There are no contracts. You can cancel whenever you decide to, you will only be billed for the current month, and never again. Once you've signed up you can contact us and pay for as many months in advance as you’d like. If you pay for a year in advance we give you a 10% off the total amount.
Can I change plans at any time?
Off course! we understand your company’s needs change and we want them always to change for the better, therefore we give you the option to choose from our plans and upgrade/downgrade as needed. Just contact us and we will make the change for you. We will never bill you with setup fees or anything like that, we will just charge you with the amount difference for the first month, and then the next months you will be charged with the new amount to be paid.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept payments through Paypal, so we will not be able to invoice you or take orders over the phone.
